Blast-One® Blast Cabinets
The Blast-One® Cabinet product line consists of Pro-finish Production blast cabinets, Econo-finish intermittent blast cabinets and fully automated blast cabinets. Blast-One® has the engineering capability to modify cabinets for specialized applications or custom requirements.
Our test facility is available to simulate production conditions in order to determine best media type, grade, dwell times, air pressure, impact angles etc. to develop the most suitable combination on your sample parts. Cabinet versatility enables performance of multiple tasks from cleaning and paint removal, to blending of surface flaws without affecting tolerances, to bulk material removal and etching.
Blast-One® Blast Cabinets Features
- Blast-One® Blast Cabinets are strong and of sturdy steel construction with rigid door panels.
- Blast Cabinets are available in Suction Blast or Pressure Blast to take advantage of compressed air availability and production requirements.
Dust Collectors are standard on all Blast-One® cabinets. Models include small cartridge or dust bag types to large envelope bag or cartridges with automatic self cleaning mechanism.- Tunable Media Cyclone Reclaimers are adjusted to control media size by varying size of fines extraction from the blast media.
- Large Foot Pedal - For operators comfort and flexibility.

Blast-One® Blast Cabinets Accessories and Options
- Multiple Gun Operation - up to 4 guns can be employed to facilitate the automated blasting items of irregular shaped profile.
- Fixed Gun Holder - allows operator to use both hands to manipulate workpiece.
- Rotating basket - The removable basket attaches to cabinet door for automatic batch finishing of small work pieces. Includes own drive motor and 60 min timer.
- Door safety interlocks - disables blasting if doors are opened.
- Turntable track - Allows easier handling, rotating and loading of heavy work pieces.
- Rubber lining - Heavy duty rubber curtains are available for long cabinet life when using aggressive blast media.
- Magnetic Separators - High quality media separation especially for use with plastic media.
- Sit down Workstation - Modification allows operator to sit down for more ergonomic long term use.
